What We Do

11 Eleven is one of the few corporate housing home providers that exclusively serves corporate clients and traveling professionals. We are experts in providing comfortable home-style apartments for long-term stays for athletes, medical professionals, military, displaced homeowners, and executives.

Flexible Lease and Terms: Take advantage of flexible and shorter leasing terms. From 30 days up to a year, the choice is yours.
Everything You Need
Your rental will include utilities, cable, high-speed internet, and basic necessities included at no additional cost.

Several Options to Call Home

We offer studio, one, two, or three-bedroom apartments or houses. All of our units are move in ready.

Studio: Boutique living in just the right space. Our studios are designed with function and efficiency, creating a cozy space to kick your shoes off and curl up on the couch with a good book.

One-Bedroom: Business travelers choice. This unit creates a separate living and working space for those needing help with work life balance.

Two-Bedroom: Traveling in twos? Our multi-bedroom options are perfect for teams traveling together or families in-between homes. Giving you plenty of space to both work and play.

House: Sometimes you just need more, and with our single-family homes you can enjoy the multiple bedrooms & bathrooms without worrying about the up keep. All landscaping and yard maintenance is included.

All of our rentals are fully furnished with modern and stylish decor. They include top of the line appliances: dishwashers, Microwaves, and washer/dryer. Many of our rentals offer great amenities; pools, designated parking, and fitness centers. 11 Eleven's properties are all conveniently located around city and business centers.

Additional services include: Direct billing options for companies and individuals. Each guest is assigned one of our personal service reps available 24/7 from check-in to check-out.

Taking Corporate Housing to the Next Level

Each guest is assigned a Customer Care Representative who is available 24/7 from check-in to check-out.

Concierge service is available at the majority of our stays. Please ask us if your new home will include this service.

Monthly Cleaning Service: For an additional fee we can provide weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services of your choice.

We are pet owners ourselves! Do you have a service animal or little travel buddy? Let us know! Most of our units are pet friendly (additional pet fee may apply).
